1. Agreement of Policy
You agree that this policy may change from time to time with or without notice to you and that you agree that it is your sole responsibility to check actively for any changes. We try our best to keep your sensitive information secure, but cannot guarantee protection from any form of unauthorized access or security breaches. All date formats are organized in this format (M/D/Y). This Privacy Policy is effective as of 01/03/13. We are not liable for how third parties handle your information upon submission or access on their domains/property. We “Raekaria RP Community”, agree to follow this policy to the best of our abilities.

Upon entry of any of our rented or owned property, we automatically collect the date, time, source domain, geo-location, information about your operation system, what browser you use, ISP, hostname and your IP address. On our website or other related services we collect information gathered from any form submissions, which may ask for your full name, country, email address, age or other personal information. In some of our services we log the use of the service by other users. Logging includes, but not limited to, chat messages, personal messages (pm), visited pages, poll submissions or in-game actions/commands.
3. Access of Information
Some members of staff may have access to your information, but have agreed not to release sensitive or personal information to the public or other unassociated third parties. Please notice, third parties may have access to your personal information or other information if we are renting a service from them and you have submitted information on that service.
4. Non-disclosure of Personal Information

In event of a crime or criminal investigation conducted by authorities, your information may be disclosed to the authorities in effort to assist the prosecution or investigation.
